Why we have this policy
Our products are room odourisers containing alkyl nitrites. They are classified as dangerous goods and are not suitable for children or young people. Selling responsibly and only to adults is central to how we operate.
Confirming your age
When you place an order you confirm that you are aged 18 or over. We reserve the right, at any time, to ask you to provide proof of age before we dispatch an order. Acceptable proof includes a valid passport, photocard driving licence or a recognised PASS-scheme proof-of-age card.
Our right to refuse
We may refuse, hold or cancel any order where we are not reasonably satisfied that the customer is 18 or over, or where we believe the products may be intended for someone under 18. If we cancel an order for this reason we will refund any payment taken.
Ordering on behalf of others
Please do not order these products for, or supply them to, anyone under the age of 18.
