What exactly are these products?

Everything we sell is a room odouriser containing alkyl nitrites. They are supplied strictly as room aromas and are not sold, labelled or intended for human consumption or inhalation.

Are they legal to buy in the UK?

Alkyl nitrites are not controlled drugs under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971 and possession is not an offence in the UK. The wider legal position has some nuance, which we set out in full on our Legal Status page.

Do I have to be 18?

Yes. We sell only to adults aged 18 or over, and only within the United Kingdom. We may ask for proof of age. See our Age Policy.

Is my order packaged discreetly?

Yes. Every order goes out in plain packaging with no branding or product names on the outside, and a neutral sender name. See Delivery Information.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Orders placed before our daily cut-off on a working day are normally dispatched the same working day. Delivery times depend on the option you choose at checkout — see Delivery Information for the current estimates.

How should I store the product?

Keep it cool, tightly closed, away from heat and flames, and locked out of reach of children and animals. Full guidance is on our Product Safety page, which we ask every customer to read.

Are there any health risks?

Yes — these products carry real risks and are not suitable for everyone. They must never be combined with erectile dysfunction medication, and can be dangerous for people with certain health conditions. Please read our Product Safety page in full before use.

Can I return an order?

Unopened products with an intact seal can be returned within 14 days under your cancellation rights. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of products whose seal has been broken, unless the item is faulty. Full details are on our Returns and Refunds page.
