We ship across the United Kingdom in plain, discreet packaging. This page explains how and when your order is sent. Delivery costs and options are always shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Discreet packaging
Every order is sent in plain outer packaging with no branding, no product names and nothing on the outside that indicates what is inside. The sender name on the label is neutral. Your privacy matters to us.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We are unable to ship internationally.
Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery options and prices
- Express — £2.99. Typically 1 to 3 working days from dispatch.
- Next working day — £3.99. Order before 2pm on a working day for delivery the next working day.
Express delivery is free on orders over £19.99.
Delivery times are estimates given in good faith and run from the point of dispatch, not from the time you order. They are not guaranteed. The options and prices shown at checkout are the ones that apply to your order.
A note on how these products travel
Our products contain alkyl nitrites and are classified as dangerous goods for transport. We pack and ship them in line with the applicable carrier and transport rules. This is also why we cannot ship them by air or internationally.
Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched we will email you a confirmation and, where the service includes it, a tracking number so you can follow your parcel. If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived within the expected window, email us at hello@poppersandmore.com with your order number and we will look into it.
Age check
We sell only to adults aged 18 or over. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age and to refuse or cancel any order where we are not satisfied that the customer is 18 or over. See our Age Policy for details.
Missed or non-delivery
If a parcel is returned to us as undelivered (for example after failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address), we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur a further postage charge.
