By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. What we sell

We sell alkyl nitrite room odourisers. All products are sold strictly as room odourisers and are not intended, sold, or supplied for human consumption or inhalation. By placing an order you confirm you understand and accept the stated purpose of these products.

Products must be used only in accordance with the instructions and warnings printed on their packaging.

3. Age restriction

You must be 18 years of age or over to purchase from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to cancel any order where we have reason to believe the purchaser is under 18.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy from us. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. We may decline or cancel any order before dispatch, including where a product is out of stock, where there is a pricing error, or where we have concerns about the delivery address.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.

Where you choose to pay by bank transfer, your order is held and is not dispatched until cleared funds are received. If payment is not received within 5 working days, we may cancel the order and release the stock.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. We do not ship internationally, and any order placed for delivery outside the UK will be cancelled and refunded.

Express delivery is £2.99 and next working day delivery is £3.99. Express delivery is free on orders over £19.99. All deliveries are tracked.

Estimated delivery times are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

We do not deliver to schools, places of worship, or other addresses we consider unsuitable for age-restricted goods.

7. Your right to cancel

Your statutory cancellation rights are set out in full in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Product safety

These products are highly flammable and are classified as dangerous goods. You must read and follow the safety information on the packaging and on our Product Safety page. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from heat, sparks and open flames.

9. Our liability

We accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from use of a product otherwise than in accordance with the instructions and warnings on its packaging.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
